Terms and Conditions SIP69 – Rules & Usage Policy

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" — refers to the sip69 website at the domain sip69.vu, along with all mobile applications and products provided under it.
• "Member" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the sip69 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a Member to access sip69 services.
• "Funds" — refers to funds deposited by a Member into their sip69 account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" — refers to free credits, bonus funds, or other rewards granted by sip69 to Members under specific conditions.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer (Know Your Customer) required to verify the Member's identity.
• "Wagering" — refers to any activity involving placing bets on games or sporting events on the sip69 platform.

Any term not specifically defined herein shall be interpreted according to its reasonable meaning within the context of this agreement.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the sip69 platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of any country that prohibits online wagering activities within its jurisdiction.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program from any betting platform.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not registering in the capacity of an agent, representative, or intermediary on behalf of another person.

By registering with SIP69, you confirm that you meet all the eligibility requirements above and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register one account only on the sip69 platform. Holding multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and honestly:

• Full name as stated on your official identification document.
• Exact date of birth for age verification.
• An active and reachable email address.
• A valid mobile number registered in your name.
• A strong and unique password — you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. SIP69 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.

A KYC process may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents typically required include a copy of your ID or passport and proof of current address. This process is carried out solely to protect the security of your account.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

SIP69 accepts deposits via a range of secure payment methods including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and other digital payment methods. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page at the relevant time.
• Deposited funds shall only be used for wagering purposes on the SIP69 platform.
• SIP69 does not accept third-party deposits — you may only deposit funds from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• Any attempt to deposit funds from illegal sources will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed in under one hour to a local bank account registered in your name.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account used for the original deposit to ensure the security of your funds.
• SIP69 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

5 Bonus & Promotions

SIP69 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All offers are subject to wagering requirements (wagering requirements) as clearly stated in the respective promotion terms.

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never registered with SIP69 before.
• Each bonus has a validity period and wagering requirements that must be met before wins can be withdrawn.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited.
• SIP69 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

7 Prohibited Member Conduct

SIP69 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using any software, bots, algorithms, or automated methods to play or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, exploit bugs, or manipulate the platform's systems.
• Colluding with other players in table games or poker.
• Money laundering or the use of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Spreading harmful, threatening, or disruptive content targeting other players or SIP69 staff.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and, where necessary, legal action against the member involved.

9 Liability Limit

• SIP69 is not liable for losses arising from internet disruptions on the member's end.
• In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes, SIP69 reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the bet.
• SIP69 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members.
• SIP69's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the actual deposit amount made by the member within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

SIP69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Confirmed fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• A voluntary request by the member to close their account.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If your account is terminated for a legitimate reason and no terms have been violated, your remaining account balance will be returned to you within 5 business days via your original payment method. Any funds associated with fraudulent activity or terms violations may be fully forfeited.

11 Responsible Gaming
